Q) What’s the shortest period of time I can rent the equipment?
A.) 4 weeks minimum. Rental is taken in blocks of 4 weeks and can continue for as long as you wish.
Q) When and how do I pay for the rental?
A) Payment is due in advance of every 4 week period of hire. We accept card payments, bacs or Paypal.
Q) Do I need to show you I.D before renting?
A) Yes, we need to see one photographic I.D to prove who you are and one recent utility bill in your name to prove where you live. We may also check your details with a credit agency.
Q) What happens if the machine that I hire breaks down?
A) Let us know promptly and we’ll come out and repair it on site. If it cannot be repaired on site we will swap it with a suitable substitution until the repairs are carried out.
Q) Is there any routine maintenance that I need to do?
A) While in your care, the machine should be maintained as per the user instruction book. This will generally be minor running adjustments and general house-keeping.
Q) If I decide to cut short the rental period and return the equipment, do I get a part refund?
A) No, the rental period is paid upfront and is non-returnable.
Q) How many items can I rent at once?
A) Rental is one item per household at any one time (at our discretion).
Q) How old do I need to be to rent one of your items?
A) You need to be at least 18 years old.
Q) Do I need to build the equipment myself?
A) No, we will deliver, install and demonstrate the equipment for you.
